Two former college football players with strong accounting backgrounds who got tired of not knowing what was in their food. So they built something about it.

Cole Brown

Co-Founder

Magna cum laude accounting graduate from Saint John's University with a well-versed audit background. Played college football for two years before retiring due to injury, then stayed on as the assistant quarterback coach, calling plays for JV. Taught math in Nairobi, Kenya and built partnerships with youth sports organizations across Minnesota. Cole runs the technology and operations behind TracedTable.

Accounting and economics graduate and former college football player at Saint John's University with deep professional audit experience and real farming roots — 2.5 years of daily operations at a family dairy farm in St. Michael, Minnesota, working with 200+ head of cattle. Also a business owner with hands-on experience across farming, construction, and operations. Alex leads our farmer relationships because he speaks their language.
